在34侧下肢标本上,采用巨微解剖及墨汁灌注等方法,对股骨内侧髁逆行岛状骨(膜)瓣的可行性进行了观察.该瓣主要由隐动脉或膝降动脉之髌下支逆行供血.血管蒂长21cm,旋转点可达股骨内上髁下8cm,此外隐动脉外径为0.9mm,可用以修复胫骨上、中1/3段的骨不连或骨缺损.依据血管的分布提出了以膝降血管的关节支及隐血管为蒂可切取股骨内侧髁及胫骨上端双叶骨(膜)瓣,用以修复股骨中、下段较大范围的骨不连或骨缺损.
On the 34 side of the lower extremity specimens, micro-anatomical and ink perfusion methods were used to evaluate the feasibility of the retrograde island bone flap in the medial condyle of the femur.
