目的观察肌电生物反馈电刺激对3种类型尿失禁患者的治疗效果,并探讨其相关治疗机制。方法本研究对2005年9月至2006年3月间共19例接受肌电生物反馈电刺激的尿失禁患者疗效进行分析,其中男12例,女7例,平均年龄52.0岁。采用深圳产AM800B型尿失禁治疗仪对患者进行治疗。该治疗仪可检测患者盆底肌电水平,并将相关数据实时反馈给患者,同时还能根据患者盆底肌电水平变化给予相应电刺激干预。上述患者每日治疗2次,连续治疗6周为1个疗程。整个治疗期间严格记录患者每日排尿变化情况。结果患者经1个疗程治疗后,其平均渗、漏尿事件发生次数减少41%,尿频次数减少38%,每日平均排尿次数减少至9~13次;患者总体主观改善率、客观改善率分别为53%及58%。结论肌电生物反馈电刺激是治疗各类尿失禁患者的一种有效方法,值得临床推广、应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of myoelectric biofeedback stimulation on 3 types of urinary incontinence patients and explore its related therapeutic mechanism. Methods This study analyzed the efficacy of 19 cases of urinary incontinence patients receiving electromyogram biostimulation between September 2005 and March 2006, including 12 males and 7 females, with an average age of 52.0 years. The patient was treated with Shenzhen AM800B incontinence therapeutic apparatus. Conclusion EMG biofeedback stimulation is an effective method for the treatment of all kinds of urinary incontinence. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
