高职高专教育必须树立以就业为导向的办学理念,必须以社会需要为目标,坚持面向生产、建设、管理、服务第一线,根据岗位和岗位群所需能力与素质提炼、整合专业课程,构建新型高职教学模式,培养社会急需的应用型人才。为此,必须加强教学建设和教学改革,建立产学研结合的长效机制,推进灵活的教学管理制度,完善评估制度。
Higher vocational education must establish an employment-oriented concept of running a school. It must take the social needs as its goal, insist on the front line of production, construction, management and service, and refine and integrate specialized courses according to the competencies and qualities required by positions and post groups , Build a new model of higher vocational education, cultivate the urgent needs of the community of applied talents.
