Independent enrollment is an important measure to expand the autonomy of colleges and universities and deepen the reform of enrollment system in colleges and universities. It is also a useful exploration of the selection and cultivation of outstanding innovative talents at Tsinghua University and Peking University and the promotion of quality-oriented education in an all-round way.
