电导法测量木材含水率是最简便的测定法,但其精度较低。本文采用直流电桥和交流电桥对细胞活性程度不同的木材直流电阻和交流阻抗进行测量。指出了木材细胞的活性程度对其电阻和阻抗有明显的影响,在相同合水率下,活木和死木的电阻和阻抗也有很大差异。并通过植物的电路模型探讨了活性度对木材舍水率测量的影响机理,为改进电导式木材含水率测量仪提供了理论依据。
The conductivity method is the simplest method to measure the moisture content of wood, but its accuracy is low. In this paper, DC and AC bridges were used to measure the DC resistance and AC impedance of wood with different degrees of cellular activity. Pointed out that the degree of activity of wood cells have a significant impact on the resistance and impedance, in the same water rate, live wood and dead wood resistance and impedance are also very different. Through the plant’s circuit model, the influence mechanism of activity on the measurement of watering rate of wood was discussed, which provided a theoretical basis for the improvement of conductivity meter.
