统筹城乡发展是全面建设小康社会和加快推进现代化进程的必然选择,是树立和落实科学发展观的必然要求,是构建和谐社会的重要基础,也是新时期新阶段解决“三农”问题的根本途径。本文根据2010年度各项经济指标完成情况全面客观分析了准旗统筹城乡协调发展的现状、城乡收入差距拉大的原因及存在的问题,针对现状提出了推进城乡统筹发展的对策和建议。
