作者应用羊膜穿刺术,观察了24例流产胎儿的核型,并用Hollister方法,对上述胎儿的指、趾皮纹型,最大atd角度,a-b纹计数,掌、蹠皮纹型等项进行了研究,结果如下:细胞遗传学:7例21三体型,2例13三体型,2例18三体型,1例20三体型,46,XY/46,XY,+frag(1例),46,XY,t(2p;20P)(1例),46,XY,22,18p~-,t(22P;18p)+(1例),47,XXX(2例),4 7,XXY(3例),4 6,XY/48,XXX(1例),45,(1例),47,XYY(2例)。以上计24例胎儿核型。
