近年来,随着我国现代化教育理念和体系的改革深入,中职院校越来越注重学生综合素质和能力的培养及发展。啦啦操作为一种健身性舞蹈运动,对中职生的身体素质、审美情趣、团队精神的提升具有重要作用。目前不仅有全国性质的啦啦操比赛,也有全世界范围内的啦啦操锦标赛。啦啦操作为一种舞蹈艺术,动作和音乐的编排决定了啦啦操的艺术表现力和独特魅力。对如何编排啦啦操动作和音乐进行了简要探讨。
