一、引言由科斯提出的交易成本概念,已被广泛运用于现实经济问题,特别是企业行为的分析.要使交易成本理论能合理解释企业行为,必须首先明确交易成本在企业活动中的存在范围,并对那些认为企业的根本性是生产性,因而不能用交易成本作为唯一原因来说明企业行为的理论作出恰当分析.本文认为,分析在利润日标下企业作为交易主体的行为,会发现交易,从而交易成本存在于企业活动的全过程.引人注目的生产过程只不过是交易过程的延续。企业的所在成本都由交易活动所引起,企业并没有在生产过程中耗费什么特别的成本.企业作为生产要素的组织有——从而买者,和产品的销售者——从而卖者,在市场上都作为交易主体而存在,都要花费交易成本,但二者的影响因素不一样.对它们的结合分析可以在一定程度上解释企业行为和企业规模。
I. INTRODUCTION The concept of transaction cost proposed by Coase has been widely applied to real economic problems, especially the analysis of corporate behavior. To make transaction cost theory a reasonable explanation of corporate behavior, it must first clarify the scope of existence of transaction costs in corporate activities. And for those who believe that the fundamentality of the enterprise is productive, and therefore can not use the transaction cost as the only reason to explain the theory of corporate behavior, this article believes that analyzing the behavior of the company as a trading subject under the profit day index will find the transaction. Therefore, transaction costs exist in the whole process of corporate activities. The eye-catching production process is just a continuation of the transaction process. The cost of the company is caused by the activity of the transaction. The company does not consume any special costs in the production process. The organization of the company as a factor of production - and thus the buyer, and the seller of the product - then the seller, in the market Both exist as trading entities, and they all have to cost transaction costs. However, the influencing factors of the two are different. The combined analysis of them can explain the company’s behavior and the scale of the company to some extent.
