俗话说:“农灾一年,房灾十年”。农房安危直接关系到农民生产生活的安危。梧州市四面环山,三江交汇,属洪涝灾害和地质灾害的多发地区,农民房屋质量比较差,大部分是泥屋,受淹后容易倒塌。2005年,梧州市遭受百年不遇的特大洪水,倒塌房屋达12885户65550间,数量占广西全区的四分之一。2006年6月梧州市再次遭受大暴雨的袭击,造成了山洪暴发、泥石流和严重的山体滑坡灾害,倒塌房屋4467户20017间。
As the saying goes: “Year of agriculture, housing disaster decade ”. Rural housing safety is directly related to the safety of farmers’ production and life. Wuzhou surrounded by mountains and rivers, Sanjiang intersection, is a flood-prone areas and geological disasters, farmers housing quality is relatively poor, most of the mud house, easy to collapse after flooding. In 2005, Wuzhou suffered unprecedented floods in a hundred years. As many as 65,850 houses were destroyed, accounting for a quarter of Guangxi’s entire area. In June 2006, Wuzhou City was once again hit by a heavy rainstorm, resulting in flash floods, debris flows and serious landslide disasters, with 20,017 houses collapsed.
