目的:探讨血液灌流联合血液透析对尿毒症患者的治疗效果。方法:选择在院尿毒症患者50例,随机分成单纯血液透析组(HD)和联合治疗组(HP+HD)各25例,治疗2个月。结果:HP+HD组对尿毒症患者临床症状的改善比HD组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:血液灌流联合血液透析更好地改善了患者的皮肤瘙痒、纳差及贫血等症状,提高了生存质量。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of hemoperfusion and hemodialysis on patients with uremia. Methods: Fifty patients with uremia in hospital were randomly divided into two groups: 25 patients in HD group and 25 patients in combined therapy group (HP + HD). Results: The improvement of clinical symptoms of uremia patients in HP + HD group was more significant than HD group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can improve the symptoms of skin pruritus, anorexia and anemia in patients and improve the quality of life.
