高职教育的基本学制要逐步从三年改为二年,这是高职教育领域的一项重大改革。学制改革的核心是课程改革,我国高等职业教育在目前面所临的关键问题是人才培养的实际意义与市场真正需要之间的一个对应.就业难的问题逐渐突出,其直接原因就是高等职业教育的课程体系与教学方法已经无法满足社会需求。所以应以就业为导向,实训为基点,积极地推进职业教育课程改革。通过对我国高职教育课程现状的分析以及二年制高职课程改革要解决的一些主要问题的探讨,提出了构建以实践教学为核心的课程体系及相应的教学运行与保障体系的建议。
The basic system of higher vocational education should be gradually changed from three years to two years, which is a major reform in the field of higher vocational education. At the core of the system reform is the curriculum reform. The key problem that the higher vocational education in our country faces at present is the correspondence between the practical significance of talent cultivation and the real market needs. The problem of employment difficulty is gradually highlighted. The direct reason is higher vocational education The curriculum system and teaching methods have been unable to meet the needs of society. Therefore, employment-oriented and practical training should be taken as the starting point to actively promote the reform of vocational education curriculum. Through the analysis of the status quo of the higher vocational education in our country and some major problems to be solved in the reform of the two-year higher vocational education, some suggestions are put forward to build the curriculum system with practical teaching as the core and the corresponding teaching operation and guarantee system.
