将约氏疟原虫子孢子经尾静脉接种到大鼠体内和培养的肝细胞中,48h后,分别观察约氏疟原虫红细胞外期裂殖体在体内及体外的发育情况。结果显示:无论在体内或体外,原虫大小不等,其直径范围为16.8~45.5μm,形态多样,呈圆形、椭圆形和其他形状,分化程度不同,发育明显不同步。且体外与体内的原虫的形态极为相似。另将培养成熟的红细胞外期裂殖子接种给正常昆明小鼠,5d后查血,有60%以上的小鼠出现原虫血症,再用斯氏按蚊吸阳性鼠血,15d后解剖蚊唾腺,在唾腺中见到大量成熟子孢子。提示经培养的鼠肝细胞在体外能完成约氏疟原虫红细胞外期发育的全过程。
Plasmodium yoelii sporozoites were inoculated through the tail vein into rat hepatocytes and cultured in vitro. After 48 hours, the developmental stages of P. pastoris erythrocytes in vitro and in vitro were observed. The results showed that protozoa in different sizes, ranging in size from 16.8 to 45.5μm, were round, oval and other shapes, with different degrees of differentiation and distinct developmental inconsistencies, both in vivo and in vitro. Prompted that the cultured rat hepatocytes can complete the whole process of the development of erythrocytic stage of Plasmodium yoelii in vitro.
