应用经食管超声（TEUS）对15例食管癌病人进行术前检查，在肿块位置、长度、方位、浸润深度、外侵程度及纵隔淋巴结转移等方面进行观察，并与X线钡餐造影、纤维食管镜检查进行比较，同时与术中探查和术后清理诊断对照。TEUS不仅能对食管癌作出诊断．还可弥补以往常规检查之不足，对术的判断肿块能否切除有一定帮助。
Transesophageal ultrasound (TEUS) was used to perform preoperative examinations on 15 patients with esophageal cancer. The location, length, azimuth, depth of invasion, extent of invasion, mediastinal lymph node metastasis, etc. were observed, and were compared with X-ray barium meal and fiber esophagus. Microscopic examinations were compared and compared with intraoperative exploration and postoperative cleanup. TEUS can not only diagnose esophageal cancer. Can also make up for the deficiencies of the previous routine examination, the surgery can determine if the lump can be removed to some extent.
