【目的】 探讨不同喂养方式下婴儿吮吸功能变化及意义。【方法】 通过计算机辅助的口腔气流压力测量分析系统 ,对以不同方式喂养的 3月龄婴儿的吮吸压力、速率和频率变化进行统计分析。【结果】 母乳喂养的婴儿其吮吸负压以及压力变化速率均比人工喂养的婴儿显著增加 ,混合喂养的婴儿则介于两者之间 ;不同喂养方式下吮吸频率没有显著差异。【结论】 母乳喂养由于其能够造成婴儿口腔较大的吮吸负压和压力变化速率 ,使口腔颌面部得到充分活动和刺激 ,对口腔软硬组织生长发育有促进作用
【Objective】 To investigate the changes and significance of infant sucking function under different feeding modes. 【Method】 The statistical analysis of sucking pressure, rate and frequency of 3-month-old infants fed different ways was performed by computer-aided oral airflow pressure measurement and analysis system. 【Results】 The breast-fed infants had significantly lower negative sucking pressure and rate of pressure changes than the infants fed artificial feeding, while the mixed feeding infants were in between. There was no significant difference in sucking frequency among different feeding ways. 【Conclusion】 Breastfeeding can promote oral and maxillofacial activities and stimulate oral and maxillofacial growth because of its ability to cause large suction pressure and pressure change rate in infant oral cavity.
