高职院校属于职业导向型学校,就业是所有师生共同关注的问题。本文以广东省高职院校学生为例,对高职学生就业期望状况展开调查研究,通过对广东省四所高职院校学生的就业目标期望、就业行业期望和就业岗位期望的调查,掌握了高职学生的就业期望状况以及影响他们期望状况的影响因素,希望能为指导高职学生就业提供保障。
Vocational colleges are vocational oriented schools. Employment is a common concern of all teachers and students. This article takes the students of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province as an example to investigate the employment expectation of higher vocational students. Through the investigation of the expectation of employment target, expectation of the employment industry and the expectation of employment in four higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province, The status of employment expectation of higher vocational students as well as the influencing factors that affect their expectation status, hoping to provide guidance for the employment of higher vocational students to provide protection.
