目的探讨垂体腺瘤质地与垂体腺瘤类型、核磁信号、血供及卒中的关系,为术前能较准确的评估垂体腺瘤质地,选择合适的手术方式提供理论依据。方法对病理诊断为垂体腺瘤的104例临床病例资料进行回顾分析研究,分析垂体腺瘤质地与其类型、核磁信号、血供及卒中的关系。结果垂体腺瘤的类型、核磁信号、垂体腺瘤卒中与垂体腺瘤质地概率分布有差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),与血供比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),Logistic回归分析显示垂体腺瘤质地与垂体腺瘤类型、核磁信号、垂体腺瘤卒中相关。结论术前可以通过核磁T2WI信号、垂体腺瘤类型及垂体腺瘤卒中对垂体腺瘤质地进行判断,对评估手术风险及选择手术入路有重要指导意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between pituitary adenoma texture and pituitary adenoma type, nuclear magnetic resonance, blood supply and stroke, and to provide a theoretical basis for the preoperative evaluation of pituitary adenoma more accurately. Methods The clinical data of 104 cases with pathological diagnosis of pituitary adenoma were analyzed retrospectively to analyze the relationship between pituitary adenoma texture and its type, nuclear magnetic resonance, blood supply and stroke. Results There were significant differences in the types of pituitary adenomas, nuclear magnetic resonance signals, pituitary adenoma apoplexy and pituitary adenoma between the two groups (P <0.05), but no statistical significance (P> 0.05). Logistic regression Analysis showed that the pituitary adenoma texture and pituitary adenoma type, nuclear magnetic resonance signal, pituitary adenoma stroke related. Conclusions The quality of pituitary adenoma can be judged preoperatively by MRI T2WI signal, type of pituitary adenoma and pituitary adenoma. It is important to evaluate the surgical risk and choose surgical approach.
