目的:通过观察安脑平冲汤对大鼠脑出血后血清中胃泌素(gastrin)和生长抑素(Somatostatin)表达的影响,探讨安脑平冲汤对脑出血后引发急性胃粘膜病变的防治作用。方法:将120只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、安脑平冲汤组、雷尼替丁组。模型组、安脑平冲汤组、雷尼替丁组组内又分为24h、48h、3天、5天、7天共5个时间点,在脑立体定位仪下采用Ⅳ型胶原酶制备大鼠脑出血模型,观察大鼠脑出血后胃粘膜的病理变化,Elisa法检测血清中GAS、SS的表达。结果:与模型组比较,安脑平冲汤组和雷尼替丁组胃粘膜损伤程度降低(P<0.05);安脑平冲汤组、雷尼替丁组胃泌素水平较模型组均有明显下降(P<0.05);安脑平冲汤组生长抑素水平较模型组和雷尼替丁组均有明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:安脑平冲汤可能通过抑制胃泌素的表达,促进生长抑素的表达而发挥减轻脑出血后急性胃粘膜损伤的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Annaopingchong decoction on the expression of gastrin and somatostatin in rats after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), and to investigate the effect of Annaopingping decoction on acute gastric mucosal lesion Prevention and treatment. Methods: 120 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, An Nobuo Chong Tang group and ranitidine group. The model group, the An Nabingchongtang group, ranitidine group was divided into 24h, 48h, 3 days, 5 days, 7 days a total of 5 time points in the stereotaxic instrument using type Ⅳ collagenase preparation The rat model of intracerebral hemorrhage was established. The pathological changes of gastric mucosa were observed after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats. The expressions of GAS and SS in serum were detected by Elisa method. Results: Compared with the model group, the gastric mucosal lesion in the experimental group and the ranitidine group was lower (P <0.05); the levels of gastrin in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the model group (P <0.05). The levels of somatostatin in annampichang decoction group were significantly higher than those in model group and ranitidine group (P <0.05). Conclusions: Annaopingpong decoction may play an important role in alleviating acute gastric mucosal injury after intracerebral hemorrhage by inhibiting the expression of gastrin and promoting the expression of somatostatin.
