1986年入中国邮票博物馆时,即闻赵人龙先生是研藏清代邮票的大佬。馆中诸老,孙少颖、吴凤岗、杨启明都提到过这位赵老,故深深仰慕之。与赵老真正相识相知是在1996年《中国邮票史》编纂启动后。在孙少颖主编的力荐下,邮电部聘请赵老为全书编审委员会委员,参与清代两卷和民国两卷的顶层设计及审稿工作。随后八年中,耄耋之年的赵老全身心地投入,从提供原始文献到各卷审
When he entered the China Stamp Museum in 1986, he heard that Mr. Zhao Renlong was a big brother of the Qing Dynasty stamp collection. Museum of the old, Sun Shaoying, Wu Fenggang, Yang Qiming mentioned the old Zhao, it deeply admired. Real acquaintance with Zhao Lao know each other in 1996, “China Stamp History” started editing. Under the power of editor Sun Shaoying, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications appointed Zhao Lao as a member of the book review committee to participate in the top-level design and review of the two volumes in the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China.
