以瑞拉菌素高产菌GAO-1-GR-2发酵液为基础,选用不同粗提温度和5种不同的大孔吸附树脂提取瑞拉菌素高产菌GAO-1-GR-2抑菌活性物质,以稻瘟菌为指示菌,进行吸附条件优化。结果表明:最佳粗提温度为60℃,GAO-1-GR-2抑菌活性物质活性最强且提取效率最高,HP-20对活性物质的吸附效果较好,并且获得了较优的吸附条件:上样液pH值为6.0,最佳的吸附流速为2.0mL/min,最佳的洗脱液为体积分数50%甲醇、70%乙醇和30%丙酮,洗脱液最佳流速为1.5mL/min。
Based on the GAO-1-GR-2 fermentation broth, the antibacterial activity of GAO-1-GR-2 was tested by using different crude extraction temperature and five different macroporous adsorption resins Material, with Magnaporthe griseus as indicator bacteria, adsorption conditions optimized.
