目的 :了解华北水利水电学院新生近年来HBV感染率的动态变化。方法 :连续 5年对华北水院共约 5 40 0名新生进行RPHA法过筛 ,对HBsAg阳性者再用ELISA法进行乙肝两对半检验 ,并对检验结果进行统计分析。结果 :乙肝两对半阳性HBsAg、HBeAg、抗 -HBe和抗 -HBc、四项的阳性率均呈逐年上升趋势 ,且男生阳性率明显高于女生 ;HBV感染模式以小三阳(HBsAg+ 、抗HBe+ 、抗HBc+ )、大三阳 (HBsAg+ 、HBeAg+ 和抗 -HBc+ )和双阳 (HBsAg+ 和HBeAg+ )为主 ;HBV感染模式不受年度变化、感染率高低和性别的影响。结论 :应加强对高校新生 ,特别是男生人群的乙肝防治工作 ,在入校时应对新生作乙肝疫苗全程免疫
Objective: To understand the dynamic changes of HBV infection rate of freshmen in North China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower in recent years. Methods: A total of 5 400 freshmen at North China Water Academy were screened by RPHA for five consecutive years. Two-half and half-tests of hepatitis B were performed on HBsAg-positive and HBsAg-positive patients respectively. The results of the test were statistically analyzed. Results: The positive rates of HBsAg, HBeAg, anti-HBe and anti-HBc in hepatitis B were all increasing year by year, and the positive rate in boys was significantly higher than that in girls. The mode of HBV infection was HBsAg +, HBeAg + , HBsAg +, HBeAg + and anti-HBc +) and Shuangyang (HBsAg + and HBeAg +). The mode of HBV infection was not affected by annual changes, infection rate and gender. Conclusions: Hepatitis B prevention and control work should be strengthened for freshmen in college, especially in boys, and new vaccines
