AP爆燃过程的精确模拟对复合固体推进剂燃烧特性的模拟研究有重要意义,现有的各种模型和模拟方法都还不能在大压力范围内模拟AP的爆燃过程,本研究提出一种AP的一维爆燃模型并模拟计算了AP在10~1000大气压下的燃速、压力指数和燃面温度,计算值和实验值符合得很好(如图1所示);得出了AP在低压下爆燃和固相分解所需热量主要由凝聚相放热反应提供而在高压下则主要由气相反应通过热传导提供的结论。本模拟研究的主要思想如下:
It is of great importance to simulate the combustion characteristics of composite solid propellants. The existing models and simulation methods are still not able to simulate the deflagration process of AP in a large pressure range. This paper presents an AP One-dimensional deflagration model was used to simulate the burning rate, pressure index and burning surface temperature of AP at 10-1000 atmospheres. The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental data (Figure 1) The amount of heat required for deflagration and solid-phase decomposition is mainly provided by the exothermic reaction of the condensed phase and at high pressures, which is mainly provided by the gas-phase reaction through heat conduction.
