目的探讨临床药师在静脉用药物配液中心的能动作用。方法选取该院2008-2011年开具的临床医嘱,对其中输液药品的使用情况进行分析。结果该院输液用品的使用存在各种不合理情况,包括:配液浓度、给药方法、药物剂量、配伍禁忌等方面。结论建立静脉用药物配液中心后,药师直接参与了临床用药治疗,促进了合理用药,药师可在自己的专业领域上发挥自己的特长,提高了药学工作在医院的地位。
Objective To explore the dynamic role of clinical pharmacists in intravenous drug dosing center. Methods Select the hospital from 2008 to 2011 issued by the clinical doctor’s advice on the use of infusion drug analysis. Results The hospital infusion supplies use a variety of unreasonable circumstances, including: dosing concentration, drug delivery methods, drug dosage, incompatibility and other aspects. Conclusion The establishment of intravenous drug dosing center, pharmacists directly involved in the clinical medication, and promote the rational use of drugs, pharmacists in their own fields of expertise to play their own expertise and improve the pharmaceutical work in the hospital.
