[目的]分析超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血尿酸(UA)与心血管疾病的关系,探讨hs-CRP和血UA对心血管疾病的影响机制。[方法]选择不稳定心绞痛(UAP)40例,急性心肌梗死(AMI)50例,正常对照组90例。全自动生化分析仪测定hs-CRP、血UA、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度胆固醇(HDL)、低密度胆固醇(LDL)。[结果]UAP和AMI组的hs-CRP、UA、TC、TG、LDL高于正常对照组(P﹤0.05),而HDL低于正常对照组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]血UA升高加重患者脂代谢紊乱并诱发炎症因子hs-CRP的产生,二者与病情的严重程度有关,是心血管事件的强预测因素。
[Objective] To analyze the relationship between hs-CRP, UA and cardiovascular diseases and explore the mechanism of hs-CRP and UA on cardiovascular diseases. [Method] 40 cases of unstable angina pectoris (UAP), 50 cases of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and 90 cases of normal control group were selected. Hs-CRP, blood UA, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density cholesterol (HDL) and low density cholesterol (LDL) were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. [Results] The levels of hs-CRP, UA, TC, TG and LDL in UAP and AMI group were higher than those in normal control group (P <0.05), while those in HDL group were lower than those in normal control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Elevated blood UA aggravates the disturbance of lipid metabolism and induces the production of inflammatory factor hs-CRP, both of which are related to the severity of the disease and are strong predictors of cardiovascular events.
