哈尔滨市第九中学是省首批示范性高中,多年来以“办人民满意的学校”为宗旨,坚持“以人为本。依法治校,以德立校”的思想,以创建学习型学校为目标,以教师队伍建设为重点,在改善学校办学条件的同时,开展了一系列扎实有效的教育教学活动,各方面工作取得了一定的成绩。一、提高“三项素质”,建设“四支队伍”从一定意义上说,教师的质量,就是教育的质量,教育的差距归根结底是教师的差距。教师队伍的整体素质是国家综合实力之所系,全民素质之所系.也是办人民满意学校的关键。为此,学校制定了,“确定一个方针,加强一个重点,提高三个素质和一个水平,抓好四支队伍”的教师队伍建设总体框架。一个方针是尊重老教师,依靠骨干教师,培养青年教师,树立优秀教师。一个重点是青年教师队伍建设为重点。三个素质是政治素质、业务素质、能力素质。一个水平是师德水平。四支队伍是干部队伍、青年教师队伍、骨干教师队伍和班主任队伍。其中,学校中层干部队伍素质是学校
