患者女性,22岁,住院号43206。1981年11月2日在氯工作岗位,因设备爆炸吸入大量高浓度氯气,送本院急诊。体检神志淡漠、面色苍白、口唇青紫、四肢厥冷,脉搏未能触及,血压50/40mmHg,呼吸16次/分,两肺叩诊较蚀,但未闻及病理呼吸音,心率84次/分,心音低钝。即以高流量给氧并作静脉切开,每15分钟静脉推注东莨菪碱0.3mg,连续3次后血压逐渐上升,维持在100～120/64～78mmHg。此时患者两颊微红、四肢转温,脉搏恢复。30
