建立警方新闻发言人制度能确保公众的知情权受到尊重,增强社会舆论对公安工作的监督,争取公众对公安工作的了解 和支持。应进一步规范警方的新闻发布工作,如把握好新闻发布的主动权;把握好重大案件、事件的性质;把握好新闻发布的主体:把 握好新闻发布的内容等。应建立健全警方新闻发言人的工作机制,重大突发案件事件现场发布机制,努力提高警方新闻发布的质量和 水平,规范警方新闻发布的内容、形式。
The establishment of a police press spokesman system can ensure that the public’s right to information is respected, enhance public opinion supervision of public security work, and strive for public understanding and support of public security work. We should further standardize the press release work of the police, such as grasping the initiative of press release; grasping the nature of major cases and incidents; and grasping the main body of news release: grasping the content of news release and so on. The working mechanism of the police spokesman should be established and a mechanism for promulgation of major unexpected incident should be established on the spot to improve the quality and level of the press release of the police and regulate the content and form of the press release by the police.
