根据国务院有关文件精神和省政府办公厅1996年5月2日《议事纪要》(75)的规定,现就加强我省天然气资源配置管理通知如下:一、四川天然气资源的配置,由省计委根据国家计委的总体安排,并结合实际产量,对天然气商品量实施全额统一分配。天然气生产单位和供用气各方,都必须严格执行省计委下达的年度分配计划。二、凡使用天然气的新老用户,都必须分年度提出用气计划,按程序报经省计委综合平衡;
