目的了解宁夏回族自治区(宁夏)银川、固原、吴忠和石嘴山市家蝇对5种卫生杀虫剂的抗药性状况。方法2015-2016年在银川市兴庆区、固原市原州区、吴忠市利通区和石嘴山市大武口区的农贸市场、牲畜养殖场和垃圾场等地采集家蝇测定抗性。采用微量点滴法测定家蝇对杀虫剂的半数致死浓度(LD50)。结果银川、固原、吴忠和石嘴山市的家蝇对5种卫生杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性,4个市对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、残杀威、DDT、毒死蜱5种杀虫剂的平均LD50值分别为0.133 3、0.067 8、2.071 6、3.810 4和0.152 6μg/只,与文献报道的敏感品系试虫比较,其抗性倍数分别为26.66、135.60、48.74、381.04和5.09倍,DDT最高,毒死蜱最低。结论亟需采取有效延缓家蝇抗药性的对策应用于灭蝇工作中。
Objective To understand the resistance of Musca domestica to five kinds of insecticides in Yinchuan, Guyuan, Wuzhong and Shizuishan of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (Ningxia). Methods Domestic flies were collected from Xingmu District of Yinchuan City, Yuanzhou District of Guyuan City, Litong District of Wuzhong City and Dawukou District of Shizuishan City for livestock breeding, livestock farms and landfills in 2015-2016. Determination of half-lethal concentration (DP50) of housefly insecticides by microdilution method. Results Musca domestica in Yinchuan, Guyuan, Wuzhong and Shizuishan all had different levels of resistance to five kinds of insecticides, and four kinds of insecticides against 4 kinds of insecticide, cypermethrin, deltamethrin, propoxur, DDT and chlorpyrifos The average LD50 values of the agents were 0.133 3,0.067 8,2.071 6,3.810 4 and 0.152 6 μg / kg, respectively. Compared with the susceptible strain reported in the literature, the average LD50 values of the agents were 26.66, 135.60, 48.74, 381.04 and 5.09 times , DDT highest, lowest chlorpyrifos. Conclusion It is urgent to adopt a strategy to effectively delay the resistance of housefly to the fly-killing work.
