从改革开放之后到2001年底,我国先后有46万留学生到五大洲的学校、企业和各种机构中学习和工作,他们克服了重重困难,学到了很多先进的科学技术、管理方法和手段,以及其它多方面的本领。其中学成回国的14万人已分布在各行各业,用他们学到的知识和积累的经验,为祖国的经济和各方面的发展作出了突出的贡献,其中的佼佼者如周晋峰、王辉耀、姜汝祥、朱鸿、刘亚东、白宁等已成为有关领域的中坚力量。
From the reform and opening up to the end of 2001, China has successively 460,000 overseas students who have studied and worked in schools, enterprises and various institutions on five continents. They have overcome many difficulties and learned many advanced scientific techniques and management methods and means. Other multi-faceted skills. Among them, 140,000 returned to China have been distributed in all walks of life. With the knowledge and accumulated experience they have learned, they have made outstanding contributions to the economic development and various aspects of the motherland. Leaders such as Zhou Jinfeng, Wang Huiyao, Jiang Ruxiang, Zhu Hong, Liu Yadong, Bai Ning and others have become the backbone of the relevant fields.
