改革开放以来,随着社会主义市场经济的发展,人们的商标意识从无到有,逐渐增强。特别是近几年,通过大力宣传《商标法》,严厉打击商标侵权行为,使全社会商标意识上升到一个前所未有的高度。目前,学习商标法律,正确运用商标,已成为众多企业的自觉行为,创名牌、论名牌、穿名牌也成了百姓茶饭中的闲谈话题。但是企业的名牌到底如何创出来呢,我认为至少应做好以下几方面工作:1 必须重视对企业名牌商标的建设
