本文主要通过市场利率化背景下商业银行的内部控制体系的建设进行研究,通过具体的分析,找到我国商业银行内部控制中存在的具体问题,针对主要问题提出相对应的应对策略。
This article mainly studies the construction of commercial bank’s internal control system under the background of market interest rate. Through concrete analysis, it finds out the specific problems existing in the internal control of our country’s commercial bank, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the main problems.
