随着教育改革的不断深化和素质教育的全面推进,要求教师的角色行为和思维方式要由传统型向现代型转变,所以,在教学中,教师必须转变观念,实现角色转变。新课标理念赋予了教师新的内涵,教师是学生全面发展的引导者、参与者、组织者,是学校教育的学习者、研究者,是教学过程的优化者,是学生健康成长的人生艺术家。
With the continuous deepening of education reform and the all-around promotion of quality-oriented education, teachers are required to change their roles and behaviors from traditional forms to modern ones. Therefore, in teaching, teachers must change their concepts and change their roles. The concept of new curriculum confers new connotation to teachers. Teachers are the guide, participants and organizers of all-round development of students. They are the learners and researchers in school education. They are the optimizers of the teaching process and are the life-giving artists of healthy growth of students .
