随着我国社会经济的快速发展,我国各方面的改革都已经进入了深水区。改革必将会对现有的利益格局进行调整,虽然改革从大多数人的利益出发,但在一定时期内,势必会损害到一部分人的利益。我国煤炭企业正处于转型期,这一问题显得尤为突出,为保证煤炭企业能够顺利转型,这就要求企业必须做好员工的信访工作。本文着重介绍了我国目前煤炭企业的现状以及所存在的问题,并提出了加强企业信访工作的措施。
With the rapid socio-economic development in our country, all aspects of our country’s reform have entered the deep-water area. The reform will surely adjust the current pattern of interests. Although the reform embarks from the interests of the majority of people, it will inevitably undermine the interest of some people within a certain period of time. China’s coal enterprises are in a transitional period, the issue is particularly prominent, in order to ensure the smooth transition of coal companies, which requires enterprises to do a good job staff letters and visits. This article focuses on the current situation of coal enterprises in our country and the existing problems, and puts forward measures to strengthen the work of enterprise letters and visits.
