不同的学生在其成长与发展的过程中,均会存在各方面的差异,无论是在学习兴趣、知识基础,或是在思维能力及其爱好等方面都会存在一定的个性差别。这同样是学生保持其独立性、差异性的条件,具有不可替代的特性。在高职英语教学过程中,老师同时也不能忽视学生之间的个性差异,基于发展学生个性的角度来进行教学改革,转变传统的教学方式,实施分层教学。本文主要探讨了基于发展学生个性视角的高职英语教学改革。
Different students in their growth and development process, there will be differences in all aspects, whether in the study of interest, knowledge base, or in thinking ability and hobbies there will be some personality differences. This is also the condition that the student maintains its independence, the difference, has the irreplaceable characteristic. In the process of higher vocational English teaching, teachers also can not neglect the individual differences among students, carry out the teaching reform from the perspective of developing students’ personality, change the traditional teaching methods, and implement the hierarchical teaching. This article mainly discusses the reform of higher vocational English teaching based on the development of students’ personality perspective.
