本文通过时４０例即刻全口义齿修复者的临床研究，来探讨行即刻全口义齿修复的患者一些特点。结果表明：①行即刻全口义齿修复的息者男性多于女性；②５０～６０岁年龄组的患者最多，占５２．５％；③患者中厂长、经理、教师最多，共占７０％；④７７．５％的患者曾有义齿修复史，其对即刻全口义齿的适应性比无修复史的患者强；⑤义齿预成部位最多见于尖牙区。文章最后还分析了戴用即刻全口义齿的患者口腔组织发生变化的情况，指出了即刻全口义齿只能作为一种过渡性、治疗性的义齿，戴用３个月后必须重新全口义齿修复。
In this paper, 40 cases of immediate complete denture prosthesis clinical study to explore the immediate complete denture repair some of the characteristics of patients. The results showed that: (1) There were more men and women than those who were repaired with immediate complete denture; (2) patients in the age group of 50-60 years old accounted for 52.5% of the total; (3) 70% of them were plant managers, managers and teachers; ④77.5% of the patients had a history of denture restoration, and their adaptability to immediate complete dentures was better than that of patients without a history of prosthesis. ⑤ The most preformed parts were found in the canine area. At the end of the article, we also analyzed the changes of oral tissues in patients with immediate total denture, and pointed out that immediate total denture can only serve as a transitional and therapeutic denture. After 3 months of wearing, the total oral denture must be reopened repair.
