用上海生物化学制药厂赠送的脲激酶（Ｈ－ＵＫ），免疫ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ小鼠，取脾细胞与骨髓瘤细胞ＮＳ－１融合，用高纯度Ｈ－ＵＫ包被筛选阳性克隆，获得抗Ｈ－ＵＫ单克隆抗体ＮＵＫ－１和ＮＵＫ－２两细胞株。酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）检测效价为１０４～１０５，经亚类测定分属ＩｇＧ１和ＩｇＧ２。为研究脲激酶的结构和导向治疗血栓提供了可能。
The BALB / c mice were immunized with urea kinase (H-UK) donated by Shanghai Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory. The spleen cells were fused with myeloma NS-1 and positive clones were screened with high purity H-UK to obtain anti-H -UK monoclonal antibody NUK-1 and NUK-2 two cell lines. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection titer of 104 to 105, sub-class were determined by IgG1 and IgG2. It is possible to study the structure of urokinase and guide thrombosis.
