研制成灵敏度很高的具有流通池的草酸氧化酶电极,比较了三种结构不同的氧电极,选择了其中具有φ6.5mm阴极的一种。由达到稳态的电流测定,氧电流的降低与草酸浓度在2×10~(-6)mol/L~4×10~(-4)mol∥L范围内成线性关系。
A highly sensitive oxalic acid oxidase electrode with a flow cell was developed. Three oxygen electrodes with different structures were compared, and one with a φ6.5 mm cathode was selected. The decrease of oxygen current was linear with the concentration of oxalic acid in the range of 2 × 10 -6 mol / L to 4 × 10 -4 mol·L as determined by the steady state current measurement.
