采用心室和冠状动脉造影证实心室壁瘤55例和透壁性心肌梗塞42例。冠脉左前降支完全堵塞易形成室壁瘤,瘤体大多数在左室心尖和前部,多数患者伴有充血性心力衰竭。本文并对无创性诊断检查方法作了评价。
55 cases of ventricular aneurysm and 42 cases of transmural myocardial infarction were confirmed by ventricular and coronary angiography. Complete occlusion of the left anterior descending coronary artery occlusion is easy to form aneurysm, most of the tumor in the left ventricular apical and anterior, most patients with congestive heart failure. In this paper, non-invasive diagnostic tests were evaluated.
