水产业的发展实践证明,我国水产业在八十年代重新确定的指导思想、发展方针和基本路子,大胆进行了一系列改革和有益探索是正确的、成功的、取得令人鼓舞的好成绩。但是,也应当清醒地看到,所面临的困难依旧很多,潜伏的危机依旧存在,长期困扰水产业发展的一些问题依旧没有得到根本性解决。作者从战略高度进一步论述发展我国水产业的潜力和前景,并结合国情,进一步提出发展我国水产业重点抓六个方面。这份调研报告写得很好,望各省市水产局主管部门结合本地区实际情况,也写出调研报告来,表示欢迎。
The practice of aquaculture has proved that the aquaculture industry in our country reformed its guiding ideology, guiding principle, and basic approach in the 1980s. It is correct and successful to conduct a series of bold and successful explorations and has achieved encouraging results. However, we should clearly see that there are still many difficulties we face and that the latent crisis still exists. Some problems that have long plagued the development of the aquaculture industry are still not fundamentally resolved. The author further discusses the potential and prospect of developing China’s aquaculture industry from a strategic perspective and further proposes six aspects to focus on the development of China’s aquaculture industry in light of China’s national conditions. The research report is well written and it is hoped that the competent departments of the aquatic products bureaus of various provinces and municipalities will welcome the report of the survey in light of the actual situation in the region.
