职业素养是指职业内在的规范和要求,是在职业过程中表现出来的综合品质,培养技校学生的职业素养非常必要。这既是社会发展的必然要求,也是职业教育的发展方向,更是技校学生发展的内在需求。因此,必须立足文化基础课教学一线,多方位培养学生的职业素养。一要改变重讲轻学的主观性,实现文化基础课重心由教师向学生的转化,二要改变重知轻能的片面性,实现文化基础课由知识向能力的转化,三要改变单一课堂教学模式,实现文化基础课教学的多元化,四要改变重学习轻创新的学习观,实现文化基础课的创新化。
