学生成绩管理是职业院校的基础工作,是教学管理的关键一步,是教师评价学生学习效果的有效依据,是学校评价教师教学质量的主要指标。本文针对职业院校成绩管理中存在的主要问题进行分析,并有针对性地提出加强学生成绩管理工作的对策。
Student achievement management is the basic work of vocational colleges and a key step in teaching management. It is an effective basis for teachers to evaluate students’ learning effectiveness and is the main indicator of teachers’ evaluation of teachers’ teaching quality. This article analyzes the main problems in the performance management of vocational colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen students’ performance management.
