为了进一步降低能源损耗,现在的建筑物外墙多使用新型材料,在达到降低能耗的同时,建筑外墙防水问题也变得越来越受到社会关注。建筑物外墙渗水不但会直接影响建筑物美观,而且对建筑的质量造成巨大的损害,针对目前的建筑外墙渗水问题,文章分析了造成渗水的原因,并且针对渗水的原因提出了具体的方法与技术,对建筑物外墙防渗漏提供参考。
