目的:探讨胎盘早剥对母婴的影响,总结经验,以提高临床诊疗水平。方法:对我院2005年至2010年住院出现胎盘早剥的112例产妇的年龄、分度、临床表现、治疗方法及妊娠结局进行分析。结果:胎盘早剥的严重程度与母婴围产结局相关。结论:胎盘早剥严重影响孕产妇及围生儿的生命,应提高对胎盘早剥的认识,尽量避免诱发因素,早诊断、早治疗,采取积极措施,从而改善母婴的围产结局。
Objective: To investigate the impact of placental abruption on maternal and infant, sum up experience to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The age, index, clinical manifestations, treatment and pregnancy outcomes of 112 maternal women who had hospitalized for placental abruption from 2005 to 2010 in our hospital were analyzed. Results: The severity of placental abruption was related to the outcome of perinatal delivery. Conclusion: The placental abruption seriously affects the life of pregnant women and perinatal children. It is necessary to raise awareness of placental abruption, avoid predisposing factors, early diagnosis and early treatment, and take active measures to improve the perinatal outcome.
