采用真空扩散焊接实现对Cr12MoV和50CrVA的焊接,通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、显微硬度和万能试验机等方法对Cr12MoV/50CrVA焊接接头结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,焊接温度1050℃时,Cr12MoV/50CrVA焊接界面存在孔洞,焊接接头断裂在焊接界面处。当焊接温度高于1050℃时,界面上孔洞消失,界面结合良好,焊接接头断裂在母材Cr12MoV处。Cr12MoV/50CrVA焊接接头Cr12MoV侧显微硬度值最高,靠近50CrVA附近过渡区显微硬度最低。
The welding of Cr12MoV and 50CrVA was achieved by vacuum diffusion welding. The structure and properties of Cr12MoV / 50CrVA welded joint were characterized by means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, microhardness and universal testing machine. The results show that when the welding temperature is 1050 ℃, there are holes in the Cr12MoV / 50CrVA welding interface, and the welding joints are broken at the welding interface. When the welding temperature is higher than 1050 ℃, the hole in the interface disappears, the interface is well bonded, and the welded joint breaks at the base metal Cr12MoV. Cr12MoV / 50CrVA welding joint Cr12MoV side of the highest microhardness value, near the transition zone near 50CrVA microhardness minimum.
