混凝土在使用过程中出现的体积收缩容易导致混凝土开裂。本文针对超高强混凝土早期收缩大的这一特点 ,尝试在超高强混凝土中掺入适量UEA ,配制出了超高强补偿收缩混凝土。通过研究 ,作者发现掺UEA超高强混凝土的膨胀主要形成于 3d前 ,因此 ,有必要加强早期特别是 3d前的水养护 ;随UEA掺量的增加 ,超高强混凝土的膨胀值增大 ,但UEA掺量并非越大越好
Concrete volume shrinkage during use easily lead to concrete cracking. In this paper, aiming to the characteristics of early shrinkage of ultra-high-strength concrete, this paper tries to incorporate proper amount of UEA into ultra-high-strength concrete and formulates ultra-high-strength compensated shrinkage concrete. Through the research, the author found that the expansion of UEA super high strength concrete mainly formed before 3d, therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the early especially the water conservation before 3d; with the increase of UEA content, the expansion value of super high strength concrete increases, but UEA The amount is not as big as possible
