测定25例急性脑梗塞患者和66例正常老年人的血清超氧岐化酶(SOD),脂质过氧化物(LPO),并对其中9例患者作治疗前后对照观察。结果显示:急性脑梗塞患者SOD水干较正常老年人明显下降(P<0.05),而LPO则明显升高(P<0.01)。治疗后SOD水平继续下降(P<0.05),而LPO水平已有下降(P<0.05)。表明急性脑梗塞患者体内自由基产生增加,使SOD等抗氧化剂大量消耗,其含量下降。而脂质过氧化作用加强,LOP水平升高,治疗后下降。
Serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxides (LPO) were measured in 25 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 66 normal controls, and 9 patients were observed before and after treatment. The results showed that SOD in the patients with acute cerebral infarction was significantly lower than that in the normal controls (P <0.05), while LPO was significantly increased (P <0.01). After treatment, SOD level continued to decline (P <0.05), while LPO level had decreased (P <0.05). That patients with acute cerebral infarction increased free radicals, SOD and other antioxidants consumed in large quantities, its content decreased. The lipid peroxidation increased, LOP levels increased after treatment decreased.
