锡林浩特市东沟小流域水土保持综合治理工程是京津风沙源治理项目中的分部工程,它是以小流域为单位治理,高强度集中投入,集中连片多措施综合治理,加快了水土流失防治步伐,起到了高效拦截泥沙,快速恢复生态,促进经济发展的重要作用。治理工程虽然取得了巨大成就,但水库周围还存在着许多问题有待解决,建议在今后的治理实践中,还应注意解决好资金不足,不能及时到位影响工程进度,开山取石造成新的水土流失和无节制的过度放牧严重破坏新建植被等突出问题。
