“订单式”人才培养是在高等教育改革和实践中逐渐形成的新型校企合作人才培养形式,企业按照其发展方向和生产规模,预测出未来的人才需求数量,要求高职院校按照其提出的员工培养规范或标准针对在校学生进行面试、组班、培养的一种“订单”式产学合作形式。通过这种合作模式,可较好地实现高职教育与人才市场的对接,实现企业、学校、学生三方共赢,对高职院校开展“订单式”人才培养模式的途径、实施方案进行探究,以促进此种人才培养模式健康、有效的发展。
