在结构为ITO TPD(6 0nm) PBD(6 0nm) Al的双层器件观察到了单体发射、激基复合物发射和电荷对复合物发射 .该器件和TPD∶PBD(等摩尔 )混合蒸发薄膜的光致发光光谱研究表明激基复合物仅在TPD PBD界面形成 .电致发光光谱随偏置变化 ,反映出各激发态的不同形成机理和不同的占有比例及载流子在器件中动态复合的过程 .
Monomer emission, excimer recombination emission and charge-pair recombination emission were observed in a bilayer device with an ITO TPD (60 nm) PBD (60 nm) Al.
